Welcome to Parent Safe Guard. By accessing or using our website, applications, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Educational & organizational tools only (no medical or legal advice)

Parent Safe Guard provides web-based organizational, educational, and coordination tools designed for family caregivers.

• Not medical advice: Parent Safe Guard is not a medical device, telehealth provider, or emergency service. Content and tools (including DoseClear and FallLog) are for informational purposes only and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Not legal advice: Tools such as RightsCircle, LegacyLock, and PaperTrail assist with document organization but do not constitute legal advice or formal legal representation. Always consult a qualified attorney for legal matters.
• Emergency response: If you or an aging family member are experiencing a medical or life-threatening emergency, immediately call 911 or your local emergency services.

2. User accounts & household permissions

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• On Safe Guard Plus+ plans, the primary account owner is responsible for how the household suite is shared—including who may access tools on trusted devices, exports, and care handoffs—and for managing household access appropriately.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Free & paid tiers: We offer free tools as well as paid subscription tiers (Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime) granting access to the full Safe Guard Plus+ suite.
• Cancellations & renewals: Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew according to the payment provider you use (e.g., Gumroad or Stripe) unless cancelled prior to the renewal date through that provider or your account settings when self-serve cancellation is available.

4. Acceptable use & content ownership

• You retain all rights and ownership of any care content, notes, or documents you enter or upload to Parent Safe Guard.
• You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, or introduce malicious code.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Parent Safe Guard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the services, including reliance on organizational tools for medical or legal decisions.

6. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
